The Steinbit is a fillet knife with a thin flexible blade.

The Steinbit's blade is made out of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance.  With a blade lenth of 153mm and a handle (120mm) made from cirly birch.

The contoured handle combined with the large finger guard help to protect the users hand while providing a comfortable grip to allow for the maximum dexterity and handeling of the blade.

The Steinbit comes with a nordic style leather sheath.
